Each journey is intentionally designed around a gentle therapeutic process that supports the subconscious mind, emotional expression, and conscious integration.

We begin with a guided subconscious meditation, designed to quiet the thinking mind and gently access the deeper emotional layers beneath the surface.

From there, creativity becomes a pathway for expression—allowing what has surfaced to move through the body visually, emotionally, and somatically in a way words alone often cannot.
