Art has the power to heal what words alone cannot. Through guided meditation and unique creative therapy exercises, I help people gently access their subconscious, express their emotions, and process pain in a safe and transformational way. Every meditation I write is created with intention, and every exercise is designed to guide you toward healing, self-understanding, and peace.
In my experience,
Art is more than just creativity on paper — it is a powerful tool for emotional healing. When words are not enough to capture the depth of our pain, art gives us a safe way to express, release, and transform what we hold inside. Our creativity is a superpower we can all access and use to express, understand and heal ourselves! Creative healing is not about being an artist, its about understanding yourself better.
My unique approach to therapy
In my work as a holistic counsellor and art therapist, I combine guided meditation with creative expression to help people access their subconscious and gently uncover what is often hidden beneath the surface. This process allows emotions to be acknowledged and released in a calm and supportive way, bringing both clarity and relief.
What makes my approach unique is that the creative therapy exercises I share are not something you’ll find in a book. They have been carefully designed from both professional training and lived experience to support true emotional release and self-discovery. My guided meditations are intuitively written with a clear purpose — to create a safe space, and tap into the deeper parts of your mind where healing can really begin!
Feeling stuck in talk therapy?
If you’ve been feeling stuck or tired of repeating yourself in talk therapy, creative healing offers a new path forward. It gives you tools for your life, to express what words can’t reach, while gently supporting you to process, release, and grow. Healing becomes not just possible, but deeply empowering.
