About Me

I’m a 47-year-old woman with a lifetime of people experience and a deep passion for healing. As a Holistic Counsellor, Art Therapist, and Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator, I support others to reconnect with themselves and find peace within life’s challenges.

Much of my work is inspired by my own personal journey. Having walked through profound grief myself, I understand how overwhelming, isolating, and transformative loss can be. From this place of lived experience, I’ve created a healing pathway that weaves together counselling, creative expression, meditation, journaling, and breathwork to help others gently process their pain and rediscover meaning.

I believe that healing doesn’t come from bypassing our emotions, but from learning to sit with them, express them, and release them in safe and supported ways. My role is to hold space for you to honour your story, reconnect with your inner strength, and take steps toward living with more presence, wholeness, and peace.
