The Survival wounds Series

Throughout life, painful experiences can leave wounds that shape the way we see ourselves, others and the world around us. We may develop beliefs and protective patterns to help us cope, without realising we are still carrying them long after the experience has passed.

The Survival Wounds Series invites you to gently explore seven of these core wounds, uncover the patterns that may have formed around them, and discover what feels ready to heal.

Each Journey Includes

Two guided meditations and two creative exercises — one to help you explore and express the wound, and one to support healing and transformation — along with deeper reflection to help you uncover the beliefs and protective patterns that may have formed around it.

Do you find it difficult to truly relax, even when everything around you seems okay? You may feel constantly alert, overthink what could go wrong, struggle to switch off, or feel a need to stay in control. You might notice tension or restlessness in your body, feel easily overwhelmed, or find yourself always preparing for the next problem. The Safety Wound can develop when your mind and body learned that the world, your

environment, or even being yourself didn't always feel safe.

Introductory Price $7.99

Do you find it difficult to fully trust other people—or even yourself? You may question

people's intentions, expect to be disappointed, keep your guard up, or feel safer relying only on yourself. You might second-guess your instincts, look for signs that something is wrong, or struggle to let people get close. The Trust Wound can leave you wanting connection while another part of you remains watchful, waiting to see whether it is really safe to trust.

Introductory Price $7.99

Do you worry about being left, rejected, forgotten or replaced? You may become

anxious when someone pulls away, need reassurance that everything is okay, over-give

to keep relationships secure, or stay in relationships longer than you really want to

because being alone feels harder. For others, the same wound can show up as extreme

independence—leaving first, needing nobody, or keeping people at a distance so they

can't leave you. Beneath both can be a younger part of you that learned that connection might not last.

emotional support wound cover.png

Introductory Price $7.99

Do you find it easier to support everyone else than to let someone support you? You

may have learned to deal with things alone, minimise your own needs, hide when you're struggling, or feel uncomfortable asking for help. You might be the strong one everyone relies on while privately feeling lonely, unseen or emotionally unsupported. The Emotional Support Wound can develop when there wasn't enough space for your

feelings, needs or emotional experience, teaching you that it was safer to cope on your

own.

the shame wound.png

Introductory Price $7.99

Is there a part of you that feels as though something about you is wrong, unacceptable

or needs to be hidden? You may be highly self-critical, sensitive to judgment,

embarrassed by your needs or emotions, or afraid that if people really knew you, they

might see something you don't want them to see. You might hide parts of yourself, strive for perfection or carry shame that was never truly yours to begin with. The Shame Wound often isn't about something you did—it can become a painful belief about who you are.

Introductory Price $7.99

Do you struggle to feel valuable simply because you exist? You may feel that you have

to achieve, give, help, perform or prove yourself before you deserve love, rest, attention or success. Compliments can be difficult to receive, comparison may come easily, and no matter how much you accomplish, it may never quite feel like enough. The Worthiness Wound can leave you searching outside yourself for confirmation of a value that was always meant to be felt from within.

Introductory Price $7.99

Do you second-guess yourself, look to others for reassurance, struggle to make

decisions or worry about disappointing people? You may find it difficult to express what you really want, say no, set boundaries or trust your own instincts. Perhaps you

automatically consider everyone else's feelings before your own or believe other people know what's best for you. The Personal Power Wound can quietly disconnect you from your own voice, needs and choices, leaving you looking outside yourself for answers that may already exist within you.
